From Mazambala Island Lodge you can cross the border at Ngoma Bridge into Botswana to reach the Chobe Game Reserve. You can spend a few days at SENYATI SAFARI LODGE near Kasane or at

Another 6 hours will take you to Gaborone which is the capital city of Botswana. From here your will start returning to the Caprivi in Namibia. Your next stop will be at Kang Ultra Lodge which is the best accommodation along the Central Kgalagadi Highway between Johannesburg and Mazambala Island Lodge.

From Kang it will take you 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to Ghanzi where you can stay at Thakadu Lodge a comfortable lodge and camping on a safari farm near Ghanzi.
